Problem DNA 250 non c

Hi everybody..!
I have DNA 250 non C, but there is a problem with cell 2.
after I looked at the device monitor, cell 2 reads lower voltage than cell 1, even though the battery is in good condition and both are still full.
I've tried to move the battery position, and always cell 2 reads less than 3.7v.
My question is, where is the problem? Is it from the board or is there an error with the escribe?
if it's from the escribe I don't think so because I have reset it to factory settings with type 2 batteries.

That looks like ejuice down at the bottom of the board in/on the JST connections or where they connect to the board. I think if you open up your mod you'll find ejuice that needs to be cleaned off.
