I can't operate it.

I get this screen and can't operate at all. What is this screen?

I assume that's a DNA40. Its the serial number of the board.

This is DNA 60. I get this screen and the wattage keeps dropping and I can't operate it.😭

10 minus clicks displays serial number on an iTaste SVD 2.0 (DNA20). Might work that way with other DNAs too. And coupled with the fact the wattage keeps dropping,.. sounds like the down button is intermittently making a connection. Or at least the board thinks so.
