250c and 75c Themes running out of space

not really a question for me but for people who seem to have trouble installing themes with errors on their device running out of memory  ? i've seen the solution before but i cant for the life of me remember what it was , i know its something to do with service packs either reverting or going up can someone refresh me or point me in the right direction.
