not charging DNA Go board manufacturered after October with charging issue

I see most of the issues were on boards programmed before October but this is happening to mine which was made in October. Is it the same issue?

Did you upgrade to the lastest service pack? there was an issue mentioned about idle devices with connection problems.  Also reset the device through escribe if you can connect.

I sent it in Sunday (or Monday) and haven't heard back from them. Should I have gotten an email or something?

A reset worked for me.
