Lost Vape Paranormal 250c Autofiring and other problems

Ive had the mod for not too long maybe 4 months, annd all of the sudden it started to autofire out of no where.

 

now it wont connect to escribe or recognize any atty  i put on.

 

can someone point me in the right direction on how to dissassmble one of these?

 

i am not sure what else i can do because i got the mod thru my vape shop and dof course was neer given a reciept of sale so i dont think i can send it for warranty.

You have 2 options.

1. Open a ticket with the Help Desk, they will guide you on the repair process. I do not believe they need any receipt. The link is in my signature.
2. Search the forum for posts by joeblowma. I think he's ripped his apart a couple times if you're handy.
