FDA 5th revision sounds great

FDA released their 5th revision to the industry guidance that appears to exempt chips and software, coils, wicks, tanks, and several other things. An article That also has a link to the actual revision.

I think testing juice and not parts is pretty smart.  There might be hope for the FDA yet.  Very good news.  Especially for our host here!  Like night and day change, or more.  Huge!

And you would think by now it would be all over YouTube reviews and stuff like the Bad news.  Why not now?

Doesn't take anything off the books. Just says those rules won't be enforced on those items AT THIS TIME.

Nothing at all says they can't/won't decide to enforce those rules next week.

It is also just the ingredient listing submission requirement. They can still choose to regulate anything about the items.

While this may be good news of a sort, if I had a business I certainly wouldn't change R&D over it.
Best? Repeal/invalidate the rules.

It simply shows that currently they believe that the hardware isn't where the health concern is. Hopefully it will be a model that continues long into the future.
