Warwolf_1 Posted January 19, 2018 Report Posted January 19, 2018 I recently got a Vicious Ant Primo DNA75. Clicked the 'apply new service pack' and the chip went completely silent and is rejecting all kinds of restoration methods. Applying older SPs doesn't work with earlier versions of Escribe. Well, it works until 10% then gives an error. Tried a manual SP update and still didn't work. What can I do at this point?

James Posted February 12, 2018 Report Posted February 12, 2018 What error do you get when you try a manual update (Tools -> Apply Firmware) ? Also, which version of EScribe Suite are you running?
