Help with DNA 200 Charging.

Hi all,

I posted this in the DNA200 section but seems more appropriate here.

Received my first DNA mod this morning, a Lost Vape Halcyon.

Bought used as just can't buy them new anymore and was the one I wanted.

I'm having some charging issues, basically it won't charge! Have a minimum amount of power in the batteries but I've tried two separate cables, tried every USB port in the laptop and tried a wall plug. Nothing. It connects to escribe just fine.

I've attached a pic of escribe.

Is it something daft like I'm using wrong type of cable or is it basically knackered or do I just have no clue what I'm doing yet?

Your cells are below the voltage that the charger will start charging from, 

You will need to do USB Recovery charge. At the top left of Escribe under the tools tab is the option for USB Recovery Charge.

It's a slow process and you may have to do it numerous times.

I'm tempted just to get a new battery in that case.

I did try the USB recovery (I've been messing about with escribe trying to get it charging) but nothing yet.

A new battery is a good idea, there is sure to be some damage from it sitting that low for an extended period.

New battery ordered and should be here Monday or Tuesday. Ordered a like for like with the same XT30 connector so should just switch straight over.
