BOXER MOD sx350j DNA 200 USB port not working

Dear All,

I have a BOXER MOD SX350J classic DNA 200, the USB port is not working, using USB cable & power socket cable. I have tried several cables and PC's !!

I want to connect it to ESCRIBE for set up and adjustments.

Could you assist me to solve this problem.

Well is it a Yihi board or an EvolvDNA board? SX350J is not an Evolv product.

Its a DNA200 chip for sure. I read it on the pcb. Maybe its not SX350J then. But its the classic mod.

It seems there is something wrong with the USB port. 

is there anyway that it could be repaired ?

First you might contact the vendor where you purchased the device... second contact Boxer....

Can you post a picture of the device with the main screen of the display showing?
