so im looking into power options for a dna 200 i am making and was wondering if any one hase tried running 2 or more lipo batteries in parallel? the only problem i can see is the ballence conecter and if hooking it up in parillel would mess with anything if the s3 lipos are both identicle and bran new

I haven't tried it, but there's nothing theoretically wrong with doing so. It will obviously require a pretty large box though. As for the balance leads, you could use a parallel harness like this: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__27077__JST_XH_Parallel_Balance_Lead_3S_250mm_2xJST_XH_.html Or if space is a concern you could just splice the individual wires from the balance taps together directly. Just be extra careful you match the wires correctly to avoid a short.

There are 2P3S cells available that do just that, nothing wrong with that idea as such just that manufactures can match the quality of the cells, though I suspect that most only reject very poor cells and you could do better with a reasonable quantity of cells to choose from.
