How to change the FUSE?

My mod was suddenly stop working. I have changed the battery but no avail. The color of on-board fuse become white which means it has been blown. Please suggest me:

1. Where to buy the fuse and what type of fuse is compatible.

2. Can i solder a wire instead off changing the fuse, if yes then what should be the AWG and kind of wire.

3. If i simply short circuit both ends of the fuse with solder, after removing the blown fuse from the the board, what would be the result?  

4. Can i claim warranty from the evolve in this case?
