Matix Posted March 25, 2016 Author Report Posted March 25, 2016 Okay so a week ago I bought a Vaporshark DNA200. What happens now is, whenever it goes into sleep mode it doesn't wake up. I push the fire button but the screen remains black even though the fire button shows the blue indicator light. So I plug it into the computer it turns on when I press the fire button and connects to the computer without issue. But you see whenever it does this I have to plug it into USB power or else it won't start up. I tried to reset it by unplugging the battery and replugging but it doesn't change the no start issue. I'm assuming I have to send this unit in? From what I've read there's a fuse that's blown.
blueridgedog Posted March 25, 2016 Report Posted March 25, 2016 Not likely a fuse, but a RMA issue non-the-less. There have been a few folks who posted issues with "won't wake with fire button" and thus far they have been only addressed an RMA.
