USB Not Recognized

Hi all, i have problem after updating the lastest escribe software n firmware... My PC says "usb not recognized" It is charging, but cannot detected on my pc Mod Works normal... I tried to uninstall n install again, but not going better I try to switch usb port, but it didnt solve the problem Changing my usb cable, it still the same Anyone can help? Thanks

Problem solved guys, reboot the mod then plug in usb cable...

I'm having the same problem with 2 different mods and I have tried 4 different cables including the cables that came with my mods. I have tried rebooting my mods and even hooking them up with no batteries in the and still keep getting the same message. I am using version 1.0.42

Are you using a Mac or Windows? And did you try to reboot the computer?

I have one pc with windows 10 and one with windows 8.1 and both are doing the same thing

Oh... I believe the next step is to remove the driver and let Windows to install it again. But I'll do a search and see if I can find anything. Say what DNA200 mods are these anyway?

both mods are rx200 and I have tried removing the drivers and reinstalling them and it does the same
I looked at both forums and did as the first one said and still the same issue as far as the second one goes it is also my post and I have tried it too.

Oh the Reuleaux RX200 doesn't work with EScribe software. You need UpdateWismec.exe from the Wismec website to do firmware updates.
