At this time there are only one member beside you and I, I would guess that the fuse has blown.
I'm going to delete 3 of your other posts as they say the same thing. Just be patient, more members with technical knowledge will be on soon.

Look  at your cell #3.  Unplug the battery, or at least the JST connector and manually measure the cells.

If cell #3 is truly 0.8v then replace the battery.
If cell #3 is more/less normal then RMA the board.

While battery is out check the fuse.

I hade one very similar, and the battery worked in another mod just fine. Mine looked like this and fuse was good, I RMAd the bard.

I was thinking it was a 2 cell mod that the OP has.

am pretty sure that when connected into escribe,

1, select power from the battery drop down list,
2, with batteries removed, will it fire an atty,
3, if not you have confirmed a blown fuse..

your mod is saying that, that particular battery is dead flat according to the screen, (so you cant expect much to be happening)
I would try charging it via an external charger conditioner before condemning it, just incase.
