Taylor Elrod Posted June 26, 2016 Author Report Posted June 26, 2016 I bought this device 2 days ago and it was awesome. But today when I was using it. The device just went black. And wouldn't turn back on. I plug it up to escribe and then it read "warranty service" and would not do anything else. Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it? I could really use some help.
retird Posted June 26, 2016 Report Posted June 26, 2016 If I recall it means it is failing the self-check and is out of calibration, thus the wattage settings and the temperature settings aren't correct anymore. Take it back as it is only 2 days old for a replacement under warranty. Next option after that is initiate a RMA with Evolv which my include just sending only the DNA board to them...
