Taylor Elrod Posted June 26, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2016 I bought this device 2 days ago and it was awesome. But today when I was using it. The device just went black. And wouldn't turn back on. I plug it up to escribe and then it read "warranty service" and would not do anything else. Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it? retird Posted June 26, 2016 Report Share Posted June 26, 2016 If I recall it means it is failing the self-check and is out of calibration, thus the wattage settings and the temperature settings aren't correct anymore. Take it back as it is only 2 days old for a replacement under warranty. Next option after that is initiate a RMA with Evolv which my include just sending only the DNA board to them...
