kylelwalter Posted August 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted August 14, 2016 My VS DNA 200 is about 4 months old (conveniently just past the warranty timeframe). If the mod shuts down after sitting for 10 or so mins, the button turns blue but won't fire. I can only get the mod to fire and the screen to turn on if I plug it in, even for just a second. The response I got from VS was that it was an issue that warranted me sending in the mod and paying for it to be repaired. I've reset the device, installed a previous version of escribe, and a charge restore with no luck. Any ideas? I've seen posts on Reddit about the same issue with no resolutions. VS is correct in telling you that you need the board to be replaced. there is nothing the end user can do to repair this.
