VS DNA 200 won't fire

My VS DNA 200 is about 4 months old (conveniently just past the warranty timeframe). If the mod shuts down after sitting for 10 or so mins, the button turns blue but won't fire. I can only get the mod to fire and the screen to turn on if I plug it in, even for just a second. The response I got from VS was that it was an issue that warranted me sending in the mod and paying for it to be repaired. I've reset the device, installed a previous version of escribe, and a charge restore with no luck. Any ideas? I've seen posts on Reddit about the same issue with no resolutions.

welcome to forum kylewalter. VS is correct in telling you that you need the board to be replaced. there is nothing the end user can do to repair this. VS's repair service is reasonable. i think around $25 for a new board.

If it's just over the 4 month period, I would try to push them (nicely) to cover the repair. They're pretty good about it and might help you out.
