Naveka Posted October 8, 2016 Author Report Posted October 8, 2016 Helo! I have a problem with my Efuison Duo. My girlfriend put batteries in backwards, she is noob in vaping. Is it have a reverse battery protection? Device is only turn on from usb cable, but escribe doesnt see a devise. What shall i do now? Replace a fuse? Where can i find it?
We_Said_Destroy Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 The board may have been fried from incorrect battery placement. I would contact Lost Vape service center. Or open a ticket with evolv.http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/
Naveka Posted October 9, 2016 Author Report Posted October 9, 2016 Thanx, i will write to Lost vape and evolve support center.
brunomdoss Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Hi. I have the some problem. Already know how to fix the problem?
retird Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 You will find this information included in the DNA200 datasheet:If you are manufacturing a device that is designed to be used with three individual replaceable 18650 cells, an accessory board is available from Evolv to adapt from three individual cells to a pack and tap connector pinout, as well as provide cell-by-cell protection against incorrectly installed or reversed cells.
brunomdoss Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 But the Efusion Duo have this against reversed cells?
Doyle4 Posted October 11, 2016 Report Posted October 11, 2016 No as far as im aware, i have the lost vape triade, in the manual it states never to reverse the batteries and take care when removing them.your fuse has most likely blown.
brunomdoss Posted October 12, 2016 Report Posted October 12, 2016 Really. :/ And now? What I do? I have warranty yet.
