SS316 TC problem

Hi!
Two coils in parallel, fused clapton, core 2 x SS316L 26ga, wrap NiCr 80/20 38ga.
??nk resistance is 0.15 Ohms
This setup works well on Sigelei 213.
But I have problems with DNA200 and this setup.
I tested different SS and NiCr (same thickness, 26 and 38 ga) with the same result.
I use material profile generated by steam-engine.

What do I do?

Are you using the latest fw V1.2SP3, if not that is the first thing to try, I looked on Steam-Engine and the TCR is the same as their TCR for 316L so you could try the built in 316 profile.

I use latest FW.
Same build but with 28ga cores (total resistance about 0.25 Ohms) works without any issue.

I would check it is heating up evenly by getting to to glow dimly in power mode, I wouldn't make ss316 glow bright orange it start to disintegrate.
