Spector NS5 RD Posted December 17, 2016 Report Share Posted December 17, 2016 welcome to the forum Do1. you're saying if you take out the batteries and put them back in, the device will not power on unless you first insert a USB cable. you can try and re-install the latest service pack (SP5) and see if that helps. if that does not work, you should first contact the vendor you purchased your Triade from. ask them about a return before contacting Lost Vape's repair center or contacting evolv.
