Triade me if off battere and reinstall can not live must be connected first with usb after normal life .. please help me master

welcome to the forum Do1. you're saying if you take out the batteries and put them back in, the device will not power on unless you first insert a USB cable. you can try and re-install the latest service pack (SP5) and see if that helps. if that does not work, you should first contact the vendor you purchased your Triade from. ask them about a return before contacting Lost Vape's repair center or contacting evolv. Lost Vape has a warranty service center, located in the U.S. Lastly, if all else fails, you can open a help ticket with evolv.

Thx mr now problem is if triade put battery A (3pcs) and change battery B (3pcs) must connected USB first for power ON and than normal work

You should return or exchange your Triade. Contact your vendor. Defective Triade.
