Triade dna200 battery configuration

Hi I connected my triade to escribe and went into batteries to configure device but there's no option for 18650s only lipo and lithium which do I use as in getting crap battery life on lithium setup. Please help

They designed the 200 to use LiPo packs, 18650s became a popular option a little later, but they would use the exactly the same charging params that this setting controls.
