I signed to forums and approve the link which sended to me from evolv dna forum via email. 
But still when I checked some subjects will take this msg

Sorry! You don't have permission to perform this action. Please check your email for instructions on how to begin using your account. You can resend the email if you didn't receive it.

( resend the approval email a couple of times and click the link ) still same problem

Any chance you may check this situation

Your account settings are normal, you are approved in the same way all other members are, the only explanation I can guess at is there is a caching issue in your browser, if it persists try logging out and clearing clearing your cookies.
