cant download file

i had register, and i had recieve email.
but why  i still cant download file.
admin...any suggestion how to download

okay i recieved the your account has been approved email and i still cant download files .csv  for batts etc

i got the same error  msg asd the  other guy.. and i had recieved both confirmation and approval emails i even logged out then back in

Sorry guys there seems to be a delay between accounts being activated and approved and getting download permissions, there aren't any settings we have access to that change that, but you should be able to access them by now.

okay so nowe it still gives me the dont have authorization warning..  and then it  does the download anyways so good enough but it be nice to stop seeing the not approved arning screen  and having tohit back to get the download

Probably just a hiccup in the software...at least you can download now...
