hi! many of the icons i tried do not work, meaning that instead of the character, the special character is displayed. can you explain how to fix this? for example, i have attached puff and rocket icons -

Can someone help me understand why is this happening and help me fix it? i have a ZQ Essent with DNA75c and any theme i use or even if i create my own, all items on screen are stretched horizontally although in theme designer it looks normal. if i shrink the images by around 10% on vertical, then they will appear normal when i upload to the device.
