Lost vape Orion purple light of death ?

Just tried with 2 pods that had worked prior to new box of pod I just got, no change. I’m still under the 3 months so hopefully will hear back on message I sent to support

I know the DNA go and the quest are two seperate units but mine is having a issue as well and with a purple light similar to one mentioned here. Any idea if the quest line is also being fixed
