I used a large screwdriver as suggested and my unit is working great and reading ohms correctly. I also replaced the set screw as pictured. Thanks for all the responses from everyone.

I'm going to try what you suggest before I send it back with RMA number you provided me today because I dont feel like waiting even longer and it's not going to void my warranty. Thanks for the responses ginger vapor and everyone else too.

This sucks after waiting for a day one preorder. So its basically put together poorly? Also I'm curious as to why this screw is so cheap and shitty on a 250$ model. Maybe this is why. Can't even get any torque on it at all.

Looks like I can't roll it back very easily as i didn't save it on my PC. Mines like every other click it works. On the click it doenst work I get 7-40 watt puffs when it should be more like 70w.

I'm having issues using the replay mode on my boxer 250c also. My coils are stainless. Works speraticly and not well when it does. I keep getting check atomizer when it's messing up. Even after I checked all my connctions in my atomizer again. I only just got it Monday. I' not sure if the service pack I updated caused this because it worked great the first day and I uploaded the service pack and now this. I' going to try to roll back my device.
