HI, when i connect my triade dna 250 to escribe on windows 8 without using my batteries escribe does not read my mod giving me the not detected message while with batteries it works fine, i just don't want to connect my mod while using the battery as i know this is not good for the mod. pls help, thanks

i was using my mod when it suddenly turned off, the screen turned black and the mod wont start also the mod wont charge as you can see, when i connect the mod to escribe it reads my mod but the screen is still black i also noticed one of the batteries is reading 2.19 V so i tried to switch my batteries with one another and still cell 1 reads 2.19 V also used another three batteries and it still reads the same can someone help please??
