I am experiencing the same issue, I have been speaking with Evolv customer service who kindly offered a board warranty replacement as my device is suffering from the same issues as you describe. Maybe give Evolv a shout and see if they can help you out. With any luck Evolv may release a fix for this, as the more people who report the battery usage issue.

Hi, In escribe along the menu bar at the top you can change the user setting between 4 options, starting at basic to programmer I think you have to be in programmer to add the csv files. Hope that helps.

Hi, Recently purchased a Therion BF DNA75c and have the dreaded battery life issue, to the point where the device will drain the battery when it’s not being used. Evolv have offered a board warranty replacement, but I was hoping someone may have a CSV file for the Samsung 30q or direct my to where I can download these files to try before I return my device.
