  1. Any updates yet guys? another month has gone by, i know you guys are busy, but SOME news would be great!
  2. aaaaaaaaaaand suddenly i feel better i want the DNA200 to continue to be the biggest, baddest kid on the block, knowing that we are still listened to and supported does a good job of comforting me aching vape demon
  3. what is going on in regards to firmware and/or progress updates from Evolv? i feel that now i have purchased the device, in the hopes it would allow me to make a device that suits me perfectly, Evolv are no longer interested in keeping up with the firmware updates to provide highly requested features to users. I love my DNAs but im getting a bit annoyed waiting for temp/power swap, i would feel better if i at least knew this feature was being worked on, or had a "planned to be implemented" list to go by.
  4. i'm a bit dissapointed that we haven't seen temp/watt swapping yet, i know that evolv have a lot on their plate, but even a simple heads up on the status of implementation would be nice, is it planned? are they working on it? upcoming release? at this point i have to agree that the Evic mini is hot on the heels, and if Evolv don't bring something to the table in terms of update speed/commnunity feedback, the next gen of high power devices will be powered by chinese chips. the RX200 has the potential to perform like the DNA and at least it has one of the key features that i want, direct temp adjustment. that being said, i love my DNA200s, they feel powerful, well made, and the preheat gives it an edge that no other device has, i'm just salty waiting 3-4 months for a feature that REALLY should be a standard option by now
  5. i would like to hear from evolv at this point so we can know if this is going to be implemented or not, i personally prefer to adjust temperature, as i see it as the difference between an auto and a manual car, sure you can make it work either way as it is, but i prefer to fine tune temperature of the vape to get the flavour i want, and let my max wattage maximize the vapor production without dry hitting. some of the preference may also come from what devices people have used, those that use the joyetech evic will be familiar with temp adjust, whilst YiHi or IPV/Sigelei users will be more familiar with "temp limiting" rather than control
