  1. All my tanks are for tc but after the update none of them will work in tc mode. Also i uninstalled and reinstalled to old firmware and still wont fire tc. My life is so sad.... :'(
  2. so i increased my watts and it looks like this tc is working even though it looks erratic. whats your actual problem?
  3. well it does act erratic if you have your watts too high. you can get a nice rip with low low watts watch temp in device monitor climb and climb. works good just not all the time or under .5 (IME)
  4. Hey im always using ss. I have tried 316l, 317l and 430. I have noticed after dry burning to tighten your posts back down. I have noticed any builds under .5 ohms is hard for tc mode to kick in. Also i have noticed sometimes i have to go out of tc and back in or unscrew atty and back on (a few times) or hard reboot to get the tc to come on. And yes if you clamp down on a wire decreasing its diameter or dry burn a hole in it, it wont work right.
  5. Im planning on getting a silicone case so If i drop it the batts don't fly out. What would suck equally breaking a glass tank or distorting the 510 connection threads
  6. Yha i dropped my rx200 like that and the batts flew out. The batt terminals werent touching the batts when all installed and it had a gap when the cover was on. I set it on the table and pressed down on the back end of it (batts removed) and it learned its lesson. The cover now fits a little extra tight which is nice.
  7. So i received the new batteries today and charged them externally, married them, and ran the exact same test as before except for one thing i changed the mod resistance from 0.0016 to 0 The new batteries are 23.82 wh so wow very close to the original results way to go i did notice one other thing over the past day and now somewhat verified through this test: when the mod was firing 100w it was reaching temperatures of up to 542F to maintain the 530F temp setting and i have changed the screen to display last temp instead of watts and it showed when firing at 530F (up to 542F) last temp was showing on average 486F why? the test results were so similar, as you can see the files are very similar samsung25r_23_82wh.txt
  8. I have a 2bay xtar charger so i favor usb charging until my nitecore 4 bay gets here
  9. They werent on the floor. I looked everywhere. I think i would have seen them. it only takes ~5 hours. who doesnt have 5 hours to sit and watch a battery charge? It upside down to cool the most efficient way while charging.
  10. so don't you do case analyzer to find the mods internal resistance? the internal resistance didn't change when i ran the test. i had it set to something (0.0016) i figured it would change to the correct one. or is there somewhere else to do the internal resistance?
  11. Hey so in escribe (while the mod is charging via usb inside escribe) i notice when my reu is sitting on the table as it should the temp was ever increasing to 98*F when i couldnt take it anymore and flipped it upside down and immediately the temperature began to drop (finally resting at about 73*F). I recommend charging the batteries in this device with no atoizers connected and sitting upside down with the 510 connection flat on the table, exposing all air holes better. 1.)Did you notice when connected to escribe when you reach a ful 4.2v charge instead of remaining charged the batteries begin to discharge? 2.)Also when i input usb amp i set it to 1.0A why does it only charge at ~0.5A on escribe, does it do this at the wall also? (with a 1.oA wall charger does it only receive ~0.5A?) When the mod is connected to a 1A charger at the wall (not on escribe but through usb wall charger) it will charge to 4.2v and remain 4.2v
