I would like to be able to set 350°C as temperature control value. Why is the dna200 only able to go to 300°C ? This is supposed to be the best chipset on the market, so please add this option !
If turbocad say that this is connected on the board, i think its connected And anyway the chipset will verify if the voltage of cell1+cell2+cell3 = voltage between B- and B+. That explain why there is a setting for external DC. Else this setting is useless...
Even if this is not connected on the chipset, this is connected inside the battery : And i think Turbocad6 is right, the chipset will verify if the lipo is well balanced :-/
Just connect the two red wire to your switch (you can also cut the little red wire, its the same result) : btw the switch is open when you connect the external DC, but you already know that
In my opinion what you said on your first post will work perfectly. I dont see any problems because you are just changing from battery to external power. btw at the same time the battery will be unpluged. I'm pretty sure this is ok
