  1. Hey guys, I have some boards I was going to send in for warranty replacement. It's been a while since I've done that, and I just wanted to check and see if evolv still has the same procedure, and address. Thanks a lot.
  2. Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their 250C Board/Screen holder file. I have seen some at shapeways, but I'm hoping to get a file, so that I might print the holder myself. Thank you!
  3. https://www.facebook.com/groups/833944023366289/?ref=group_header This is not ran by evolv, just to be clear. Cynthia Howder is one of the admins, and she just mentioned today that she was looking for new admins, due to the release of new boards at the end of this year...anyway, you can read it!
  4. Cynthia just posted something in the DNA group on facebook about how evolv is coming out with more than one new board at the end of this year....so I'm assuming she already knows. I think it's coming guys.
  5. Hello, I understand with the DNA75 Color that the screen does not illuminate when connected via USB unless there is input voltage to the board, but what I am curious of is if you connect your bare bones DNA75 color to USB, do you get any notification within escribe? I believe my DNA75 Color board I received is DOA. No notification at all when connected via USB, regardless if there is or isn't input voltage to the board. Just wanted to check, before I send it in for RMA. Thank you.
  6. Is the DNA250 also limited at 133 watts with a dual 18650 setup?
  7. If you don't mind waiting our couple month lead time, we make a pretty bad ass dual 18650 custom box mod. We'll do whatever you want, and you can choose from thousands of colors. More info here if you're curious. Thank you ~shameless plug.
  8. I just wanted you guys to know that evolv got in touch with me, and we resolved everything. The main problem was my own fault for not staying educated on where I'm sending my packages. Not being aware of evolv's move. Other than that, I don't think there would have been a problem. Finally my packages have arrived to evolv, the forwarding service sent them all over the place first, but looks like I should be getting them back soon. Thank you Evolv. Reputation untarnished.
  9. A recent box we made. The engraving is on both sides of the box. DNA200!
  10. Yeah, I can understand that. I am in Michigan, just a few hour drive from Evolv's home base. They moved? Uh oh... I better look into that. Ahhh you're right. The tracking on all my packages says forwarded. I guess they haven't even received them then. Well thank you for making me aware of that. I had asked them twice through help desk if they had received them, with no answer. Never even thought to look at my tracking. Well...evolv staff, do you seem to get your forwarded packages? Thank you.
  11. Is anyone else waiting an unusually long amount of time for warranty boards to be returned? I've always raved about how wonderful Evolv customer support has been, whenever I had a dead board(s) I would send them off, and typically within a week or two evolv would have them coming back. It's gotta be close to six or eight weeks at this point since I sent out the first package of boards and after today I'll have shipped them a third package. Absolutely love evolv I just need my boards. (on another note, I was watching Seinfeld while at the shop, and they went to Akron, Ohio in the episode...ha!) Thank you Evolv, and anyone else for your input.
  12. The box isn't in my hands, so I will refer the information, and we'll go from there. Appreciate the help guys.
  13. The two black lines you see are battery pack voltage, and band gap. I'm pretty sure band gap is supposed to be over 1 volt, and this one just happens to be floating around .9 but never actually hitting 1 volt. This would be a good time to also ask, if band gap is below 1 volt is that a definite problem? The board is giving the customer all sort of problems, but most the time, the display will not turn on. Sometimes won't even connect to escribe. When it does connect the device display turns on though. Thank you for any help at all.
