I've finally narrowed down the plan to a Blender hack of the Beta Box print for a dual 18650. This was a request from a customer. Edit: (That didn't sound good! ) A learning experience for sure with this one anyway!
If I get it right this should be the way it will work when finished.
Anybody with any spare finger that wouldn't mind crossing them, it would be appreciated!
STL to DAE really goofs with the size, buttons still have to be scaled and attached along with a few other parts but it's getting there. Edit: Almost finished tonight but I started dotting my Ts and crossing my eyes so it's better left to wait.

Outstanding! I had a customer request before I even knew 2 X 18650 could even be possible.

Much appreciated KTMRider! The 7 was about half that, it's just a patch for now.
May not be your flavor but one of my rides is a 2001 KTM 640 LC4 Enduro, with plenty of aftermarket. It's a pig on single track but a serious kick in the pants most everywhere else. -
It's been so long since I booted into Vista it went belly up when trying to update the system, 40% restart, 40% restart. I'd be up to speed here if I did my updates more often I guess. Some driver got lost "CIN" error, machines been resurrected too many times already! Scrubbed it and full booted Linux for a dual boot Windows 10 Linux later. I just bought a HP stream 7 tablet as a dedicated Windows device for flashing circuit boards and dealing with Garmin products for the time being.
Edit: Still falling further behind. My only near suitable USB adapter turned out to be a mini, not a micro as needed. Living in Podunk again I'm waiting for shipping. -
I could swear it was posted in this forum at one time, no luck finding it. Found it in the manual page 10. "

VHB tape should work.

Nice mods! I'm hoping I haven't gotten too ambitious with my plans being my 200 showed up today, it all just got real!

Linux wouldn't hurt me any. I'm not much of a Windohs fan.To Brandon and John: I know you said you have no plans for a Mac version of the EScribe software. Here's something to think about. I'm a professional Linux kernel developer with 9 years of experience. I've also done work on KDE and various other Linux applications and I've also worked for Intel and IBM. Give me a NDA to sign and I will port it to Mac and maintain it.

I'm no battery expert but from what I understand the 200s low end is 9 volt. The LIfe batteries don't sag as much under load but there isn't a whole lot of space between the 9 and 9.9 volts.
They do a 12.8 Volt in that size? -
Thank you John!
Edit:For anyone else that may be wondering.Other key features of the Micro-USB Receptacles include high durability of over 10,000 insertion cycles, and a passive latching mechanism that provides higher extraction forces without sacrificing the USB's ease-of-use when synchronizing and charging portable devices.

Great! Thank you John!
I do have a thermal pathway planned with aluminum posts for mounting of the board press fit into a brass structure which will connect to the 510s mounting, hoping to pull some extra grounding for the 510 with this as well.
The USB is a question I haven't asked being the short term Yihi had given the SXJs bringing the thought to mind. Any guesstimataions on longevity? -
I'm bouncing around a few ideas for an enclosure and ventilation has come to mind so than comes the thought of dust and moisture entering the enclosure.
How would the 200s be set as far as resilience to dust and moisture?
I've gave my battery major head space and hope to build something with serious longevity between servicing/battery swaps anyway. -
I'm getting a day and then some of vape runtime using the beta mod with a FullyMax 900mAh 30C lipo pack, as well as a DNA200 mod using MaxAmps 800mAh 40C lipo pack, before needing a charge.
Running 20W, 0.09 coil, TC, and I'm a fairly constant vaper.
These are the batts I have and testing (all 3S):
FullyMax 900mAh, 30C
MaxAmps 800mAh 40C
Turnigy nano-tech 950mAh, 25C
Turnigy nano-tech 1300mAh, 25C
MaxAmps 1300mAh, 100C
MaxAmps 1800mAh, 100C
Thanks Mamu!
Just about what I guesstimated. I think the 40C 1000mah lipo pack should serve me well. -

Edited my post being it could have been misleading.

I've just been planning on soldering one of these guys to the board.

Do Lipos bend much?
I'm kind of considering making my own quick change lipo hard packs from another extrusion although the jury is still out.
I thought the Dovpo GX 200 was a dead ringer for a DNA200 mod but I missed a measurement and doubt I'll be going that direction now. The battery I have on the way just makes it a bit tight.
I'm sure there'll be a few variations on 3D prints going around that should be cool. -
Still lurking the ECF here, well there anyway.
This is great to see, a place to exchange and gather information, Thanks Evolv!

I used FreeCAD to change the files over to SLT and than imported into Blender 2.75a, whacked the scale all to heck but it can be recovered. From there I go to DAE exports so the size is locked.
