One more thing, not battery related; I would suggest using a slightly higher resistance if you're wanting to use TC accurately with SS wire, particularly 316(L). The TCR of SS316 is low enough that it makes it easier for the board to monitor the temp change if the starting point is a little higher. Personally, I rarely go below 0.3 on SS temp control builds; many suggest 0.4, but the DNA is good enough to go a bit lower than that, IMO. For example, my Kayfun 5 is currently running at 0.35 and is working with TC like a champ.

I've had no issues with mine. It's worked perfectly since I got it a few months ago. Probably the only negative thing I can say is that it's a bit heavy, but it's a very good mod.

Is the "Temp Protect Message" turned off on the Lavabox (theme tab)?: I do this with all my DNAs.

What version of EScribe are you running? Older versions were not the same software for DNA200 and DNA75 boards. Current releases (SP3) can do both.

Evolution Vaping are a sound vendor with great customer service. They replaced my Efusion DNA200 no problem after the fuse blew on mine (I was within the 90 days though). Apparently they also have someone who can replace the fuse as well, so they may offer to do that for you. Just send them an email and see what they offer.

It *may* slightly shorten the life of your batteries, but I never worry about that. Batteries are a consumable, like wire/cotton/juice - they will never last forever, whatever you do. Is it *safe* to discharge 18650s down to 2.9 (under load)? YES Personally when running with 18650s, I set the cutoff to 2.8 - when I remove the batteries they generally read at 3.2 on the charger. When running with LiPo, I leave the cutoff at 3.09.

Does it still show "?" when you press the fire button? All DNA200s show "?" when they are idle - the board is only measuring the resistance change (->temperature) when actually firing. What does it say under the "Cold Ohms" and "Temperature Set" fields?
