Have you got it to work?

Hi folks, every time I change batteries on my dna 250 (non color) mod, the mod is in power locked mode. I need to hold down both power buttons to unlock this. How can I set the mod to have power unlocked after the batteries are changed? Is there a setting in EScribe? Thanks in advance edit: Just noticed that this setting is saved by default after a minute or so
