About This File

A newer better UI system:

(I fowled up the last theme so here's a  newer version)

Here is a theme I made up of all bits and pieces of other themes, hence the name. Its pretty simple as I made it so I could see it better with my cheater glasses lol, basically its just a tad brighter and utilizes bigger fonts.

  • In Device Monitor mode, highlight the arrows and use the middle select button to move your stats either forward or backwards.
  •    Its basic and simple but I find it easer to see and use, hope you all enjoy it. -G-

Looks very nice!
Just so you know, mod internal resistance and unlock sequence are Escribe settings and not contained within themes.

Thanks Jake,

For the resisstance I saved the profile, I figured it would carry over with the theme? Maybe not, in that case the user would have to save their own profile.

Jake,

Just updated my comment, kept getting the lock screen, lock mod and unlock main screen mixed up lol. Thanks again

Any settings on the General, Display, Materials, Mod, and Research tabs won't carry over in a theme.
E.g. I use 3 clicks of the up button to unlock my device, if I use your theme it is still 3 clicks of the up button because that is what I have set under the 'General' tab in Escribe. The same goes for mod internal resistance - it is set under the 'Mod' tab and therefore does not carry over in a theme.

Hope that clears it up :)

Hi Jake,

Can you please tell me why every time I upload a newer version of a theme it never shows people the Pic of the main screen?? Its driving me nuts and I'm making a mess of uploading, deleting starting over etc.... Thanks in advance. Gary T.

I am wondering this also :)
This is how I do it.. After you have uploaded a new version wait for a minute or 2 then on your theme's page under 'File Actions' choose 'Edit Details', down the bottom there should be a section for 'Primary Screenshot'. Select which image you want and save.

When you upload a new version I think the forum software parses your file and generates the screenshots which seems to take about 30-60 seconds, which is why I recommend you wait for a minute before clicking edit. I'm not sure if there is a better/easier way to do it but if there is I'd like to know also.

In case you ever upload multiple versions, I have found that it only generates screenshots for the last uploaded file i.e. the file at the bottom of the list. So if you want the screenshots to be of a specific version you have to upload that version last.
