Can't Puff & Read the Cartridge after Charging

I've been using this device for a month and 1200 puff, a week ago. After i charge my device, It can't read the cartridge,auto-puff nor using a button. And always appear "Check Pod". I've done a lot of things to resolve this problem.

1. From checking the pin connector, and it looks normal

2. Changing to four different cartridge from 0,6 to 0,8

3. Open the seal to check if theres any leaking

4. Using different combination of button

5. And last but not least updating the firmware with EScribe

6. Using the Puff and Fire button in EScribe

 

None of those were working, and up until now, it still can't be use. So i need some help, maybe if anyone ever dealt with the exact problem.

The charger you used, what does it say on the label for voltage and current?

With your mod plugged in, Start escribe -> Device Monitor and then do a full screenshot. Post the image here.

i am having the same issue with my pod i have changed and tried every different coil

Or did you charge via your PC? Was there a pod in your mod when you created the screenshot? There is newer firmware, can you update to that and do one last screenshot (low chance, and you should contact OXVA for repair or replacement)
