shariiiiif14 Posted yesterday at 06:36 AM Report Posted yesterday at 06:36 AM The pod used is an anti-burn pod designed for the oxva xlim pro 2. The previous pod worked excellently. However, this pod, which is from the same pack, did not work as an anti-burn pod. I have updated the device's program to 130.1INT.
ardentBarbarian Posted yesterday at 03:32 PM Report Posted yesterday at 03:32 PM (edited) I've found if the wattage is too high and the airflow is too low, the coil overheats and says, "fill pod" despite there being enough liquid. All fill pod means is the coil got too hot because a) too high wattage and not enough airflow or b) there really isn't enough liquid, causing the coil to run too hot. You can experiment with the wattage and airflow until the message stops popping up. Edited yesterday at 03:34 PM by ardentBarbarian
Wayneo Posted yesterday at 05:25 PM Report Posted yesterday at 05:25 PM Under the 'safety' tab in escribe, you can adjust that 'fill pod' sensitivity or even turn it off. BUT IT IS WORKING (high watts, low airflow) as you've found out, caused by the wicking not able to keep up. 1
ardentBarbarian Posted 17 hours ago Report Posted 17 hours ago I think the message shown when the coil overheats could be a bit more generic like "Antiburn protection". A lot of people see fill pod and only look at how much e liquid is in the tank and don't realize that it might only be about their wattage airflow setup. Some clear info provided by Oxva in the box the device comes in as to the reasons why "fill pod" may be displayed would be very helpful.
