Black screen, no reaction on my dna80c

Last month i buyed xr-80 from vaperz cloud, and i have a problem with it, very often that just goes black screen and doesnt working, but then he wakes up and say something like "error press left"

What do i do with it?

If possible return it to where you purchased it or to Vaperz Cloud
