DNA 60C help me

Hello today through evolv suite I wanted to change the theme of my dna60c with type C connected to my pc, but during the change of theme the screen went dark. The box works perfectly but the screen has remained dark. I tried them all, now I find myself with a working box and the black display. I don't think he burned himself just for trying to change the theme?

Very odd. With your mod plugged, start escribe, under 'screens' check the 'brightness' value is high. Then start theme designer. Under 'appearance' 'fonts' check the 1st 2 fields have at least a value of 5.

Failing that, reload Service Pack 75.

I tried to change the theme on escribe and I downloaded some themes for dna 60c here on the forum. But the screen has become like in the photo. If I change the brightness the screen remains as in the photo. If I reset and default the screen doesn't come back with the initial theme. Is it a software or hardware problem? Did I burn the display for connecting it to escribe?

I have never heard of a theme change causing your issue, so the Help Desk should know better and either suggest a new screen or if its a larger issue. OR, you can just buy a new screen.
