Laptop not recognizing OXVA XLIM Pro 2 DNA

Hey guys, 

I've had this device for maybe 3 months. I recently wanted to change the theme but the software doesn't recognize that the device is plugged in. This only affects the theme software, the escribe/diagnostic software recognizes the device no problem. I've tried a hard reset, I've tried several cords I've been using the one that came with the actual device and i just can't seem to get it to recognize that the device is plugged in. Any ideas? Thanks!

There are not 'Themes' per se. All changes you can do are under the 'Display color schemes' in escribe.
