I have problems with my Oxva Pro 2 DNA device from the start.
Whenever I stop using it for a minute it either shuts off completely or it shows "Error Press Button" message on the screen.
When the error mesage shows you can press the fire button an it works normal again
When is shuts off it sometimes takes multiple attamps to turn it on again ....

What I tried so far (without success):

  • tried multiple coils of different resistances
  • updated the firmware in escribe
  • made some settings in escribe
  • restored default settings in escribe

the device is brand new
there was no leakage or any damage to it

Has anyone an idea why this happens?

Never heard of this issue before. Here's what I would do, and in this order

Contact the place of purchase as it's 'dead on arrival' for a replacement.
Contact OXVA as it's 'dead on arrival' for a replacement.

That's very interesting.

When this happens, do you have it charging from USB? If so, when updating firmware, which version are you updating it to? (Tools->Diagnostics->Show Diagnostic Information)

Have you tried the firmware update included with EScribe Service Pack 69 yet, or are you running an earlier EScribe (Help->About)?

Also, have you tried a hardware reboot on the device? (Remove the pod and disconnect from USB. Then hold the Fire button until it reboots. It should take about 10-15 seconds.)
