Does anyone knows how to fix "Cant Figure Out This Device Version" on Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA Version

Yesterday after i buy the oxva. I tried to change the wallpaper using Escribe, when first time i plug in, it can connect and works properly and i can change the wallpaper, after 3 times i plug, appears message "Cant Figure Out This Device Version", i tried to uninstall and reinstall again is not solve, plug in and unplug, and i can't reboot device soft and hard, but the escribe says is connected and detected, how to fix it or explain i want to change my wallpaper to default

i tried on 10 cables, changing device, and reinstall software many times but still same error, i dont know what should i do or it can be fix by updating escribe or anything else. Im using escribe latest version for oxva

Try going to Tools -> Diagnostics -> Reboot Device -> Hard Reboot. Does this fix it? Thanks!

Having the same issue as described. 

I have tried many cables, a clean install of escribe and all of the standard troubleshooting routes.

I tried the hard reboot and the program just crashes.

Any help would be appreciated?
