probleme connection escribe palm custumizedv2

je rencontre avec une palm v2 dna 75 color des ennnui de connection a escribe ainsi qu'*une impossibilite de comfigure l'allumage et la coupure via le fire de ma mod aux expert j'attend des conseils .

Are you asking about lock and unlock, or 'session mode'?

no it does not connect at all to escribe when locking it is to turn the dna on and off no possibility

Try plugging directly into your PC and not through a hub.

There is no easy 'on and off' at all, only a lock, then a state of sleep, then a power down.

I think I have already tried all the escribe versions but nothing to do the modder provided me with a sim card with software and gave no connectivity with the palm v2 customized sent back for repair returned the same i  don't no
