vapone
Hello everyone, I just got myself a DNA100C chip to make a diy box mod. I just opened the box and checked if everything was fine. When I connect the usb type c from my computer to the chip a red led lights up, I go check if Escribe sees it but somehow i get it recognized but not connected at that time, which makes me unable to do anything from the software. My computer sees the device connected by checking the universal usb controller devices, but Escribe won't let me see it no matter what cable I use (tried several). Does anyone know if it's normal? Do I have to connect a battery first in order to have it recognized by Escribe? Any suggestion is welcome! Thanks in advance!
dwcraig1
I removed the cell from my mod with a DNA100C and it will not connect to EScribe without it. Did you have yours powered with a battery? So yes it must be powered with a battery.
