Can I change the indicator light for example from 0-30% in red, from 30-65% in orange and from 65-100% in blue ?

If you're talking the LED between the fire button and the screen, no.
Some fancier themes will do that in different ways such as a sliding bar as the battery depletes, or a battery icon that changes color.
