Anonfishe
So I have the Steam Crave Hadron Pro which is a 250c device, for some reason room temperature is stuck at 40°C, whenever I change it manually in a profile it goes back to 40 again if I let the device idle, leaving it alone for a longer time so the chip could cool down didn't help, chip temperature can be 23°C but room temperature always read as 40, is there a solution? Is it maybe a theme issue (using one of the latest pro vapers themes) or something else?
Wayneo
You can use escribe - Device Monitor to validate what that theme is showing you. It's on the left hand side of DM down by where the graph ends. 'Room temp'. Couple of questions; How many different profiles do you use on a typical day, and what one(s)? What firmware is on your mod? I have never seen any 250C where that temp would always stick at a specific value every time. I don't use that theme, but if does not match with 'Device Monitor' leave a comment for the theme author on his theme.

I mostly use the ss316l profile, but I tested with watt and watt boost modes as well, same thing, keeps going back to 40 in profile settings, device monitor shows 39.87 so seems to match via rounding up, firmware version is 1.1 SP55.1 INT
Anonfishe
For the time being it seems to have gotten unstuck with a hard reboot, I'll get back to you again if the issue reoccurs/I manage to recreate it
Wayneo
Good with that hard reboot. Each profile keeps it's own resistance and temp when it was set, so you'll need to remeasure in each profile if your mod does not pickup the change in temp.
Anonfishe
Did not manage to recreate the issue and it did not reappear, I guess it was a random occurrence of some sort, but it's good that there's no further issues
