Images on Dna75c are stretched

Can someone help me understand why is this happening and help me fix it?

i have a ZQ Essent with DNA75c and any theme i use or even if i create my own, all items on screen are stretched horizontally although in theme designer it looks normal.
if i shrink the images by around 10% on vertical, then they will appear normal when i upload to the device.

It always been like that. I'd always use an external tool to manipulate images. Mainly noticed when using round/circular images.

This usually happens due to a screen resolution or DPI mismatch between Escribe Theme Designer and the actual DNA75C device display. The ZQ Essent uses a slightly non-square pixel scaling, so themes that look correct on PC preview appear horizontally stretched on-device. The practical fix is to design with a small vertical scale reduction (as you did) or explicitly set the correct screen dimensions and disable DPI scaling in Theme Designer before exporting.
