Issues with Centaurus DNA 250C and eScribe on Windows

Hey all,

I have a Lost Vape Centaurus with the DNA 250C chipset. I haven't be able to connect to eScribe. I have tried different USB cables and even different computers and it is not working. My desktop is currently on Win10 and I have tried running as an administrator with no joy.

I'd start with using a phone or some other device that uses data to verify the cable does data.

Earlier versions, EScribe 1.2 will not work with the color boards, it must be 2.0

I have the same issue.  

I've tried different cables, different devices with said cables (which work).  It either doesn't work at all or get the Windows USB malfunction error.  I've tried using 3 different PCs (2 are Windows 11, 1 is Windows 10) and nothing works.

When you plug it in is there little red light at the top of the screen? If not it is a bad connection. I had the same thing and when I used the new one that came with the mod it worked.

What kind of micro USB cable is it? OTG?  Are you plugging into a USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 port?
